The confidentiality of your personal data is one of the main concerns of www.lefrucom.ro, acting as a data controller. This document is intended to inform you about the processing of your personal data in the context of using the website https://lefrucom.ro (the “Website”).

2.1. If you are a customer of the Website, www.lefrucom.ro will process your personal data such as:

• as well as any other data you provide directly when creating a user account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Website

If you create an account using your Facebook or Google account, www.lefrucom.ro will process the following public profile data: username and email address.

If you create an account only at checkout, your email address will be used to automatically generate an account. If the order is not completed, your data will not be stored and the account will be automatically deleted.

2.2. If you are a visitor of the Website, www.lefrucom.ro will process personal data that you provide directly, such as information submitted through contact forms, questions, or complaints.

If there are active orders, account deletion will only be processed after order completion.
