The website www.lefrucom.ro, hereinafter referred to as “Lefrucom.ro”, is owned and operated by PRO CASA SRL, with the following identification details: Unique Registration Code RO 6370401, registered with the Trade Register under no. J1994001686334, with its registered office in Sfântu Ilie, DJ 209 C, Main Street no. 226D, Șcheia commune, Suceava County, mobile: 0749-188889.

Browsing the Lefrucom.ro website followed by placing an Order constitutes the reading, understanding, and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions below by any Customer.

Lefrucom.ro reserves the right to change and update the content of this website, as well as the Terms and Conditions of use, at any time without prior notice.

In case of disputes or misunderstandings between Lefrucom.ro and the Customer, the Terms and Conditions valid at the time of placing the Order shall apply.

1. Definitions

User – any person who visits the Lefrucom.ro website and accesses its content through the communication means made available by Lefrucom.ro (electronic, telephone, etc.), including via an Account.

Account – a set consisting of an email address and password that allows a single user access to restricted areas of the website and its services.

Customer – an individual or legal entity that places an Order.

Products and Services – any product or service mentioned in the Order, to be provided by the Merchant to the Customer.

Order – an electronic document serving as a form of communication between the Merchant and the Customer, through which the Customer expresses the intention to purchase Products and Services and to pay for them.

Merchant – PRO CASA SRL, as identified above.

Contract – an Order confirmed by the Merchant, whereby the Merchant agrees to sell and deliver the Products and Services, and the Customer agrees to purchase, receive, and pay for them.

Courier – any public or private entity providing courier services.

Newsletter – a periodic electronic information method (email, SMS) regarding products, services, or promotions carried out by Lefrucom.ro.

2. Copyright

All content on Lefrucom.ro, including images, texts, web graphics, scripts, patents, and trademarks, is the property of PRO CASA SRL, LEFRUCOM SRL, and their suppliers, and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Any use without the consent of PRO CASA SRL or LEFRUCOM SRL is punishable under applicable law. Lefrucom.ro and the Lefrucom logo are the property of LEFRUCOM SRL.

PRO CASA SRL may grant Users/Customers the right to use certain content under specific conditions, limited in scope, duration, and purpose.

The use of any registered trademark on Lefrucom.ro does not constitute advertising for that company. Lefrucom.ro assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from the use of the site content.

3. Limitation of Liability

PRO CASA SRL does not assume responsibility for product descriptions on Lefrucom.ro and is not liable for errors or omissions in site materials.

Information on Lefrucom.ro is provided for informational purposes and in good faith. If any content violates copyright laws, Users are requested to notify the Merchant at ciaoamoresv@gmail.com.

Lefrucom.ro reserves the right to cancel Orders for Products/Services displayed due to technical errors or incorrect pricing.

Lefrucom.ro is not responsible for lost, damaged, or fraudulent vouchers and may cancel or adjust their value in case of returns.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience; Lefrucom.ro is not responsible for their content, products, or services.

4. Access to the Website

Users may post comments or communicate if their language is appropriate and content is lawful, non-defamatory, non-threatening, and does not violate intellectual property or privacy rights.

False identities or fraudulent communications will be reported to authorities. Lefrucom.ro is not liable for damages caused by such communications.

By submitting content, Users grant Lefrucom.ro a non-exclusive, unlimited, free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and distribute it globally.

5. Personal Data Processing

Processed personal data may include: name, phone number, address, email, preferences, behavior, image, voice, geolocation, and traffic data.

Users will receive commercial communications only with their explicit consent.

Data collected is confidential. Lefrucom.ro may select recipients of newsletters.

Data processing complies with applicable Romanian laws (Law no. 677/2001 and Law no. 506/2004).

Purpose of data collection: financial management, marketing, advertising, statistics, communication services, account updates, and order status updates.

By completing forms, Users consent to data processing by Lefrucom.ro and its partners (marketing, courier, payment services).

Customers have rights to access, modify, oppose, and delete their data.

Failure to provide data makes order fulfillment impossible.

Lefrucom.ro does not request confidential banking data; Users are responsible if they disclose such data to third parties.

6. User Registration

Users must provide a valid email address. Lefrucom.ro may refuse registration if data is inaccurate or misuse is detected.

7. Pricing

The final price includes product cost plus shipping/handling fees.

All prices are in RON and include VAT according to applicable law.

The company applies a commercial margin between 0% and 100%.

8. Orders

Users can save order preferences in their account.

By placing an order, the Customer confirms that all provided data is accurate.

Lefrucom.ro is not responsible for incorrect data leading to delivery issues.

By completing an Order, the Customer agrees to be contacted for confirmation.

The contract is concluded only upon shipment confirmation.

Orders may be refused for reasons such as invalid transactions, incorrect data, suspected fraud, or repeated failed deliveries.

9. Invoicing and Payment

Invoices will be issued based on Customer-provided data.

Payment methods: online, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

10. Delivery

Products are delivered within 24–72 hours from the receipt of the order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

There is a 12–24 hour interval between the registration of the Order and its handover to the Courier. Any additional delay will be communicated to the Customer, and a new delivery timeframe will be agreed upon, which shall not exceed the maximum period stated above.

Attention! Due to the very short order processing time, it is not possible to make changes to orders that have already been placed.

If the products are unavailable (including cases where the price or certain product features have changed after order confirmation), PRO CASA SRL will inform the Customer of the unavailability, and any amounts paid will be refunded within 14 days. The Customer may accept the changes regarding price or product features by modifying the initial Order, and PRO CASA SRL will deliver the products according to the modified Order.

10.1 Delivery Conditions

At the request of Lefrucom.ro or the Courier, the Customer shall provide proof of identity, if necessary, using one or more official documents, and communicate the Order number assigned by the Merchant.

If the Customer is unable to personally receive the Order, it may be delivered to the specified address only to a person over 18 years of age, and only if the Order number is provided to the Courier.

No delivery request will be fulfilled if the Customer does not meet the above conditions.

If delivery is to the Customer’s workplace and the Courier cannot access the premises, the Customer must ensure they can receive the Order.

The Customer is obliged to be present at the specified delivery address within the selected time interval; otherwise, they will bear the cost of a potential redelivery. The time interval can only be modified with the Courier’s consent.

Delivery is considered completed by Lefrucom.ro at the moment the ordered products are handed over to the Customer at the address specified at the time of placing the Order.

10.2 Receipt of Products

The Customer is required to sign the delivery document (AWB) presented by the Courier upon delivery of the ordered products.

The Customer must also check whether the products are damaged or if any items are missing, and any issues must be handwritten on the delivery document in order to be taken into consideration.

By signing the delivery document, the Customer acknowledges receipt of the ordered products in full and in good condition.

11. Vouchers / Coupons / Promotional Codes

11.1 General Provisions

Voucher = promotional code / coupon. The value of each voucher is specified on it.

Each voucher is identified by a code and has specific requirements for validity and applicability. Please carefully review all details to ensure the discount can be applied.

Shipping and handling fees apply to any purchased product, regardless of value, unless otherwise stated in promotions or regulations. If a voucher requires a minimum purchase value, shipping and handling fees still apply.

Vouchers cannot be used to pay for shipping, handling, or other services unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All products have a minimum value; Lefrucom.ro cannot sell products with zero value.

The Customer is responsible for any taxes required by law, depending on the promotion.

• Vouchers are valid only if used on www.lefrucom.ro.
• Vouchers prohibited by law are considered null and void.
• Vouchers are not intended for resale and cannot be converted into cash.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

All fraud-related provisions apply to vouchers, and any fraud attempts will be reported to the authorities.

11.2 Conditions of Use

Each voucher may be used only once and is valid for a limited period, as specified.

Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

If the products for which a voucher was granted are not purchased, the voucher becomes invalid. For example, vouchers granted for certain products that are later canceled or returned are no longer valid.

Vouchers apply only to the products/categories explicitly stated as eligible. Only one voucher can be used per order.

For orders containing multiple products, the discount value is allocated proportionally based on each product’s value within the total order, excluding shipping and other fees.

A voucher is valid only from the moment it is applied to an order and cannot be applied retroactively.

11.3 Cancellation, Refusal, Returns

If products purchased with a voucher are returned, the discount granted may be deducted from the refund.

If an order using a voucher is fully canceled, rejected, or returned, the Customer will receive a full refund, but the voucher will lose its validity and cannot be reactivated.

If an order containing multiple products is partially canceled or returned, the discount cannot be redistributed if the remaining order no longer meets the promotion conditions. Lefrucom.ro will not refund the portion of the voucher related to the returned products.

12. Return Policy / Right of Withdrawal

12.1.Withdrawal and Returns

According to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, any Customer has the right to return a purchased product within 15 calendar days from receiving it, without penalties and without providing a reason.

PRO CASA SRL will refund the order value as soon as possible after receiving the returned product.

The contract is concluded upon issuance of the invoice, not when the order is placed or confirmed automatically.

Withdrawal procedure

The Customer must inform PRO CASA SRL of their decision to withdraw, either in writing or by phone.

Products not eligible for return:

• Unsealed products
• Damaged, dirty, or deteriorated products
• Partially used or incomplete products
• Products with a short shelf life or sensitive to temperature

Return procedure:

1. The return intention must be communicated via:

The request must include:

• Full name
• Delivery address
• Email and phone number
• Invoice number

2. Return shipping costs and pickup requests are the Customer’s responsibility.

The Customer must hand over the package along with all received documents.

Refunds will be processed within 15 calendar days from receiving the returned package, minus return shipping costs.

For card payments, refunds will be issued to the same card within a maximum of 15 days after approval.

Shipping costs are fully borne by the Customer.

Situations where Lefrucom.ro covers return shipping:

• The delivered product does not match the website description
• The package is visibly damaged upon delivery (we recommend refusing it and documenting with the courier)
• Incorrect product delivered

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Note: Products must be returned in their original condition, packaging, with all accessories and documents. Damaged products or those unsuitable for resale may be refused.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by force majeure. The parties must notify each other immediately and take steps to limit the impact.

If the event lasts more than 15 days, the contract may be terminated without compensation.

Force majeure must be proven according to the law.

14. Dispute Resolution / Complaints

Disputes will be resolved amicably. If not possible, mediation will be attempted, followed by competent Romanian courts at the Customer’s domicile.

The contract is governed by Romanian law.

15. Legal Disputes

By using the website, Users accept these Terms and Conditions.

Disputes will be resolved amicably or, if necessary, by competent courts at the headquarters of PRO CASA SRL, in accordance with Romanian law.

If any clause is found invalid, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

16. Fraud

Creating multiple accounts using temporary email addresses or engaging in fraudulent behavior is prohibited.

Lefrucom.ro reserves the right to suspend such accounts, withdraw benefits, and cancel accounts without notice.

Fraud attempts (e.g. unauthorized data access, site manipulation, server interference) will be prosecuted under criminal law.

17. Warranty of Conformity

PRO CASA SRL guarantees that all products comply with the sales contract, regardless of its form.

All products are new, sourced from authorized manufacturers, and covered by warranties according to applicable laws.

18. Final Provisions

Within the limits of these Terms, Lefrucom.ro is not liable for errors caused by technical issues or unauthorized changes.

The website may include advertising banners and links in compliance with the law.

If any clause is deemed invalid, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
